Time is tight – I get it. That’s why this workshop is designed to be efficient and impactful. You’ll only need 60-75 minutes to attend, and the journalling techniques you’ll learn can be done in as little as 5-10 minutes a day. Think of it as an investment in your clarity and calm, saving you time and energy in the long run.
Not one bit! Journalling isn’t about being a great writer, it’s about being honest with yourself. No one’s grading your grammar or judging your handwriting. The techniques shared are designed to help you bypass that inner critic and connect with your thoughts in a way that feels natural and freeing.
That’s completely normal, and it’s why I’m here to guide you. Journalling isn’t about knowing the ‘right’ thing to write. It’s about starting where you are. During the workshop, I’ll provide prompts and exercises to help you get the words flowing. You’ll be surprised at how much you have to say once you get started.
It's completely normal for your mind to wander, that's part of being human! Journalling actually helps train your focus over time. During the workshop, I'll share tips to keep you grounded, like using a 'thought jotter' to capture distractions and return to them later. Remember, it's not about perfection, it's about progress.
All you need is a notebook and pen that you enjoy using. Many people find that writing by hand helps them connect more deeply with their thoughts, but if typing feels more comfortable for you, that works too. The key is to choose tools that make you excited to sit down and write.
Your journal is always your private space, and sharing is completely optional - it's an invitation, never a requirement. That said, I've found that when participants do choose to share their insights (not necessarily their actual writing, but their reflections), it often has incredible impact. There's something powerful about hearing your own voice speak your thoughts out loud, and it usually helps people feel more comfortable opening up as the weeks progress. Many participants tell me that the moments when they chose to share became breakthrough moments in their journey. But please know - this is your experience, on your terms.
Questions are absolutely encouraged! This is an interactive programme where we're all here to support each other's growth and learning. Unlike large webinars where you might feel lost in the crowd, our small group of 12 means there's space for real conversation, questions, and shared insights. I find that when one person asks a question, it often helps others who were wondering the same thing. Your curiosity and questions actually enrich the experience for everyone.

The beauty of this programme is that the transformation happens during our time together, but you'll likely find yourself wanting to continue journalling between sessions. I recommend setting aside at least 15-20 minutes a few times a week to practice what we've explored, but there's no homework pressure. The techniques become part of your daily life naturally.
I'm so confident in the transformation this programme creates that I offer a full refund if you attend the first session and feel it's not right for you. After that, because this is a live, interactive experience with limited spaces, refunds aren't available.
