I'm already time poor, how much will I need?

Time is tight, I get it. This workshop is designed to be insightful and provide a clear pathway for your future over the next twelve months. You need three hours to attend, and the journalling techniques you'll learn can be done in as little as 5-10 minutes. You do not need to journal every day for a set amount of time. Think of the three hours as an investment in you. Journalling is a form of self-care and I promise you, this will be some of the best hours you will spend this year.

What if I'm not a 'good' writer?

Journalling is about being honest with yourself and listening to what your heart and soul desire. There are no grammar police or spelling audits taking place. The techniques are designed to help you bypass your inner critic and access your authentic thoughts.

How do I know which option to choose?

If you want to try the techniques and build your own practice, start with the £97 workshop. If you want deep personalisation, custom guidance, and one-to-one support, choose the £297 option. If you are looking for regular accountability, enjoy sharing in like-minded communities, and love to try new techniques, choose the full transformation package. You can always upgrade after the workshop if you change your mind.

When do I take the personality and learning style assessments?

After you book, you'll receive links to complete these online before the workshop. They take about 10-15 minutes total time. There is no right or wrong answer. The reason for the assessments is to help outline the best techniques for your journey.

What if I've tried journalling and it didn't work?

Perfect! You're exactly the individual who this workshop series is for. You likely tried techniques that didn't match your natural style. This programme helps you discover what DOES work for your brain.

Will I have to share my writing?

Never. Sharing your insights with the group is always optional, and there is no pressure to do so, only an invitation to do what feels right for you. Your actual journal writing stays completely private.

What if I already journal regularly?

Excellent! Regular journallers in our beta sessions discovered new techniques and gained insights about why certain approaches work better than others. The personalised guide option is especially valuable for deepening an existing practice.

Is this therapy?

No. This is an educational programme teaching techniques for self-awareness and personal growth. It can complement professional support but isn't a substitute for therapy. If you ever feel deep emotions when journalling, or any self-care practice, please seek professional support. It is a sign of acknowledgement and growth to do so.

How long do I need to journal each day?

Start with 10-15 minutes, three or four times a week. Consistency matters more than length. Even five minutes with the right technique creates 100 times more value than a daily ritual or an hour with the wrong technique.
