But I don’t have time – what will I need to find?

Time is tight—I get it. That's why this workshop is designed to be efficient and impactful. You'll only need 60-75 minutes to attend, and the journalling techniques you'll learn can be done in as little as 5-10 minutes a day. Think of it as an investment in your clarity and calm, saving you time and energy while helping you create the life you truly want.

I’m not a good writer. Does that matter?

Not one bit! Journalling isn't about being a great writer, it's about being honest with yourself. No one's grading your grammar or judging your handwriting. The techniques shared are designed to help you bypass that inner critic and connect with your thoughts in a safe, supportive way that feels natural and freeing.

What if I don’t know what to write?

That's completely normal, and it's why I'm here to guide you with proven, structured approaches. Journalling isn't about knowing the 'right' thing to write. It's about starting where you are. During the workshop, I'll provide evidence-based prompts and exercises to help you get the words flowing. You'll be surprised at how much clarity emerges once you get started.

What if I can’t stay focused?

It's completely normal for your mind to wander—that's part of being human! Journalling actually helps train your focus over time through structured practice. During the workshop, I'll share practical tips to keep you grounded, like using a 'thought jotter' to capture distractions and return to them later. Remember, it's not about perfection, it's about progress toward your dream life.

What do I need to get started?

All you need is a notebook and pen that you enjoy using. Many people find that writing by hand helps them connect more deeply with their thoughts, but if typing feels more comfortable for you, that works too. The key is to choose tools that make you excited to sit down and write about your dreams and aspirations.

Will I have to share my writing?

Absolutely not. Your journal is your private, safe space, and this workshop is designed to be a gentle, self-guided experience. While you're encouraged to reflect on your insights in our supportive community, this is your journey, on your terms. You'll never be pressured to share anything you're not comfortable with.

What if I have a question?

All participants will remain on mute during the workshop to ensure a smooth and focused experience for everyone. However, there will be moments where I'll invite you to share your thoughts in the chat—this is completely optional, so no pressure. Towards the end of the session, we'll have a dedicated Q&A segment where our supportive community comes together. If you have a question, simply add it to the chat about ten minutes before the end, and I'll do my best to answer as many as time allows.

Is this workshop a substitute for therapy?

While journalling has incredible therapeutic benefits, this workshop is an educational experience designed to help you explore self-awareness and personal growth in a supportive environment. It's not a substitute for therapy, but it can complement professional support by giving you structured tools to process your thoughts and emotions as you work toward your dream life.
