You’ll only need 60-75 minutes to attend, and the journalling techniques you’ll learn can be done in as little as 5-10 minutes a day. All you need is a notebook and pen that you enjoy using. Many people find that writing by hand helps them connect more deeply with their thoughts, but if typing feels more comfortable for you, that works too. The key is to choose tools that make you excited to sit down and write.
Absolutely not. Your journal is your private space, and this workshop is designed to be a safe, self-guided experience. While you are encouraged to reflect on your insights, this is your journey, on your terms.
All participants will remain on mute during the webinar to ensure a smooth and focused experience for everyone. However, there will be moments where I’ll invite you to share your thoughts in the chat – this is completely optional, so no pressure. Towards the end of the session, we’ll have a dedicated Q&A segment. If you have a question, simply add it to the chat about ten minutes before the end, and I’ll do my best to answer as many as time allows. This is your space to gain clarity and insights, so ask away.
